The J-Chkmail milter can do this and also adds a great deal more in terms
of anti-spam and spammer behavior response. And it is quite easy to
install and configure. No Perl required. The ClamAV milter is effective
but limited in some ways.

It works fine for me - I'm using Sendmail mailertables and virtusertables
to manage mail routing and all mail regardless of destination is scanned
for both AV and spam. The J-Chkmilter permits disabling scanning based on
IP/Net/Domain for such things as trusted servers - we handle a lot of
machine generated mail that need not be scanned, for example, and that is
mapped out of the filtering process.
