The J-Chkmail milter can do this and also adds a great deal more in terms of anti-spam and spammer behavior response. And it is quite easy to install and configure. No Perl required. It works fine for me - I'm using Sendmail mailertables and virtusertables to manage mail routing and all mail regardless of destination is scanned for both AV and spam.
