Building clamAV from the latest CVS on OpenBSD is not that difficult.

After you've obtained the source and run configure.
Then edit */Makefile (there are a few of them), remove all refereneces to -lc_r, and 
change all -pthread to -lpthread.
Then run make and if all's OK run make install (make install needs to be run as root).

As documented in the clamav-milter INSTALL notes, clamav-milter doesn't install on 
vanilla OpenBSD, since
that doesn't come with the necessary software. For help in that read 
clamav-milter/INSTALL.
