I'm running the latest fedora build of Cinelerra on FC6 from Freshrpms
About says Cinelerra 2.1CV, build date Jan 9, 2007
The machine is a dual core 2.66 MHz with 1 GB of ram
I used Kino to capture a file from my Sony VX1000 selecting:
'Quicktime DV'
'Frames per file=0 (unlimited)
'Max File Size=0 (unlimited)

The resulting .mov file plays perfectly in Kino
I used qtinfo to get the file attributes and opened Cinelerra and entered the
settings in the project settings - in my case, it's NTSC 29.97, 48k audio,
720X480
When I load the file in Cinelerra, it loads without error msgs
I can double click this file and it loads and plays perfectly in the viewer
window
I then made a short subclip selection using the in and out buttons, and
clicked on the splice button which moved the subclip to the timeline
Then I get problems:
If I try to play this little edited clip on the timeline, I get the following:

"virtual int FileList::read_frame(VFrame*): Error while opening "000115" for
reading. No such file or directory"

This appears in a Cinelerra: Errors window and there is one line like this per
each frame of video - in the compositor window, nothing appears except a
green screen. If I go back to the viewer window at this point and click the
play button, the window displays a frozen frame of video, and the audio plays
fine

Can someone tell me what I'm doing wrong?
