Just for reference, I'm currently running my FreeBSD tests on a two-core Arm
system with 1GB RAM and 16GB eMMC.  Your "small" VM is about the same as an
entire computing cluster of what I'm using :-).

For "does it build, link, and run OK on a non-Linux system" tests, which I
assume is what most people will be doing, pretty much anything will be fine.
