There is a NetBSD/MIPS64 host running along the two hosts that became cfarm230 and cfarm231 three years ago. At the time Baptiste and I considered adding it to CFarm as well, but NetBSD on Octeon is still single-processor only and CFarm automation at the time was not equipped to handle NetBSD, so we dismissed the idea. Thus I did not install an SSD there (and if I did, the throughput would likely still be around 8MB/s due to NetBSD USB being slow). If its present state suits your use case, I can create an account for you manually. Alternatively, both FreeBSD and NetBSD and OpenBSD run fine in a VM on AArch64, at least the most recent stable releases do on my own [rather small] hardware. Maybe folks with plenty of idle AArch64 cores and RAM could allocate some basic resources to start providing BSD VMs and see how it goes. -- Denis Ovsienko _______________________________________________ cfarm-users mailing list cfarm-users@lists.tetaneutral.net https://lists.tetaneutral.net/listinfo/cfarm-users
