This means that this distribution cannot consume Ceph storage any more,
if no other party will build these packages.
If you are using SuSE Linux Enterprise Server or OpenSuSE as a client
for Ceph storage you need to plan for this.

TL;DR: James Oakely has taken over ceph package maintenance on openSUSE,
and is currently working on getting Reef into openSUSE Tumbleweed.
