Alright, I think I have a good handle on what is going on, where it is
going on, and why that is so.  I also see that the font aliases have
locale encoded right into their names.  Disregard the request for
information.

I meant /usr/dt/config/xfonts, of course.  And of course, by CDE
standard practice, you would copy the file you want to override into the
/etc/dt structure and make your changes there.  So, shouldn't the wiki
page I referenced instruct the user to do this (if necessary), rather
than editing some system file?  Or am I missing something?
