The machine is listed in /etc/hosts (the name returned by hostname). I checked ~/.dt/startlog and ~/.dt/sessionlogs/* (after I enabled logging via .dtprofile)
I did not see anything strange. Some fonts not found and the Help is not available (since it did not compile anyway). I copy the contents of these files below. It still freezes after a few seconds.
