Pirate Ship (https://pirateship.com/) is a shipping service that offers discount rates through UPS and the USPS. I've been using it for several months now and it is a fantastic service. The website interface is easy and straightforward, the rates are competitive with eBay (if you are familiar with eBay shipping rates), and the customer service is really good.
