It looks kind of like a test fixture for an IC test system. But, what is at the center really does not! It seems like it has two similar circuit boards with 25 drivers that couple via 25 diodes (each) to something at the center of the boards. Those diodes are mil-spec, so that may be a clue.
The A1A2 marking is very typical of military subunits, too.
