Technically, anything up to 5.1L should run on a 320H. 2GB of disk is plenty ;)
With 32MB 5.1 is probably a bit of a stretch, but 4.2.1 or 4.3.3 should run fine, and it's easier to get modern-ish things to compile than on 3.x. PM me if you need help finding media.
