Most "real" SCSI drives were basically bolt-on adapter affairs to a traditional floppy interface. You can, for example, occasionally find Teac FD235S drives for sale--and if you look, it's basically a SCSI-to-floppy adapter bolted onto a regular FD235. There were also some SMS/OMTI cards that served the same purpose--floopy-to-SCSI. --Chuck
