I hear you about the weather and the timing ... we took a few factors into account, including the museum schedule, other VCF shows (East in particular), and the Super Bowl ... yes, we didn't want to draw traffic away from them. ;-0
This is the first year so we're going to try it out and learn. After the show I plan on doing a post mortem to see what to improve for next year. And of course, we learn from every show we do.
