Does anyone have a procedure for re-compiling CCP4 Suite programs? I'm
running into a problem with sftools being limited to 1e7 hkls. Error
message:
Running out of memory... Compressing database
!!! Error, too much data !!!
increase parameter MAXREF in sftools.inc
!!! Fatal error while reading reflections !!!
10000001 reflections read successfully
Trying to clean up the mess
Much appreciate any help with this. Its been ages since I compiled
CCP4, and I can't seem to find the source code anymore.
