Yes, it is a very good idea to consider writing a Raw Data Letter for one or 
some of your uploads.
I just wrote to Peer privately that he may have a look at Zenodo for deposition 
and see a discussion and guidelines on 
https://doi.org/10.1107/S2053230X23007987.
