Thank you all for your responses. I was confused after open file in coot
and did some regid refinements. That file was saved, after this what I
understood I can use this file for phenix real space refinements right or
without doing in coot can do directly?. Can any suggest me my fit doesn't
look like a 100% what should I could do for this. Thank you so much and
