Hi, I have a “green blob” in my map and I want to create a picture of it. What is the best option to do this? Normally, to make figures of maps, I use pymol's "display ccp4 maps", but pymol shows maps around “site”. So if I don't fit anything into my blob, I can't create a “site” and display the map. Is printscreen from Coot my only option? Thank you for suggestions, Andrea
