Is it publishable? Not possible to say from your table. If I were a reviewer, I'd want to see the raw data and the PDB model. Why are some "water" B-values so low? They could e.g. be metals. The "Check My Metal" server https://cmm.minorlab.org might have to tell you somethng. Anyway I'd re-process the data from scratch, and submit the reduced data and the PDB to the PDB-REDO server.
