Hi Mandar Bhutkar,

the data statistics (Rmerge, I/sigma, CC1/2) appear to be poor.
So you may want to check the data processing; try with different programs, and
perhaps with help from experienced people in your group.

You could ask for help here, but you should give more details - what exactly
have you done (programs, decisions), and which problems did you encounter;
maybe show a diffraction pattern. Or even share your data.

You write that your goal is "increase b factor for water". But there are
probably too many solvent molecules (124) for that resolution and data quality.
Why is their B-factor so low? Maybe they are not waters, maybe something else
is wrong. With better data quality, you may be able to solve the puzzle.

good luck,
Kay
