Hi Jacob, how do you think this should be possible? In order to infect others, the virus particle needs to proliferate (that's the only thing it does). It profilerates by hijacking the machinery of one cell of your body and turn it into a virus factory. Your body does not like this abuse and kills the cell, and also tries to kill the virus particles. The virus does not make you sick, it only captures one cell. The reaction of your body to kick out the virus, and the cell that does not do it's job anymore, make you sick. A and B are mutually exclusive. B + C is named vaccine.
