Hi Jacob, I don't quite see the scientific necessity. There already are good vaccines. If these are fine for the US and Europe, why aren't they fine for the rest of the world?
Besides, the approach you suggest is fraught with risks. There is a non-coronavirus precedent for this. The oral polio vaccine fulfilled your ABC criteria ... initially: see e.g. Peter Beaumont.
