While technically you can do it, normally there is absolutely no need to do it. In cryo-EM the map is your data, not reflection data (structure factors!). So no need to 'massage' your data (the map) by converting it into "Fobs" and storing as reflection data in MTZ file. > 3. Can I also use Phenix for this purpose? > Yes.
