Hi Theresa, one issue I noticed during -admittedly few- collections on PILATUS detectors, are low symmetry space groups and perfectly centered detectors. The many seams of the detector left us with <90% complete triclinic data sets. A slightly imperfect centering of the detector or collections at different distances should remedy that.
