The Cell Biology and Biophysics Unit at the National Institutes of Health headed by Dr. Roll-Mecak has an open position for a research technician well-versed in molecular biology and biochemistry and with solid experience in crystallization and structural biology. Experience with large-scale expression and purification of proteins from eukaryotic cells is a must.
