Takeda California is looking for a Staff Scientist, Membrane Protein Chemistry who will purify, characterize and assist crystallization of integral membrane proteins including GPCRs to support structure based drug design or assay development and compound screening for drug discovery programs. The successful candidate will have a Ph.D. in a life science with post doctorate and 0-3 years of relevant experience in membrane protein chemistry for structural biology studies and strong hands-on experience and method development skills in membrane protein expression, purification and characterization. Experience in membrane protein X-ray crystallography is a plus.
