TurboTEV has dual GST- and His-tags and has high specific activity. In our experience, a 1:50 (w:w) ratio cleaves most of the tags. 1:100 ratio works in most cases. We have a protocol on the product website as well. In addition, we offer TurboNuclease (http://www.accelagen.com/TurboNuclease-detail.htm), a benzonase equivalent nuclease, for reducing lysate viscosity.
