We have a Precision incubator that we keep at 20 C and a fischer scientific
for 4 C.  I have also had collegeues use succesfully wine cooling cabinets
(as others have suggested).  Another suggestion in an effort to keep the
temperature from fluctuating around your tray would be stacking your plates.
 In addition to keeping them in a styrofoam container which was previously
mentioned.
