Why not just get big styrofoam coolers, and put them in the cold room, to
stabilize the temp?

We are planning to buy an incubator for 4deg crystallizations. Currently
we are using our cold room, but the temperature deviates a lot when
people go in and out of there and the fan is quite strong. Does anyone
have one to recommend?
