This is an issue with the particular MUA.  Email clients will use the
"reply-to" header over the "from" header to decide who to respond to,
and don't give you much else in terms of options (only a few of the
MUA's, like mutt, seem to handle this reasonably well by offering a
choice).  The old ccp4bb setup did not set the "reply-to" header, the
new one does.  So, in most cases, you will *always* be sending an
email to the bb.  Again, I'm not familiar with jiscmail, but chances
are this can be set depending on the admin's preferences.
