Yes, almost always is enough but what if you want to apply some QoS
treatment to a subset of the traffic belonging to a specific marking?
For instance you can have many incoming interfaces having the same
mark, but you may want to apply unique treatment for traffic coming
from a specifc interface. You may say, I'd change marking for that
interface, but that would change behavior of the other routers on the
path. Good thing about QoS group is that is valid only for the router
that set it,
