Well in this case you are using PPPoFR which is kind of like a point-to-point 
interface in the sense that it doesn't require the layer 3 to layer 2 lookups 
which you needed in the earlier task. In this way all traffic (regardless of 
the destination) will be sent out that interface on that DLCI to reach the 
other side.

Why is it when I configure the DLCI's using PPP I get a fully meshed network
and can ping all the spoke sites even though the local DLCI is only setup to
