unfortunately not, i'm doing SP now as well for the v3.0 which you know involves IOS-XR on the 12K routers. the approach is different, you've go to work on a lot of reference i would say. My strategy is this: 1) My main simulation book aside from IPExpert v2.0 materials is MPLS Configuration on IOS book 2) Then I map out the technology/topics on the command lines from the IOS-XR configuration guides from Cisco, it's not that difficult. I've got the IOS-XR Fundamentals book but doesn't really go deep , it gives you the approach which is good. Again for references aside from the RS materials below, i've got: 1) MPLS Fundaments - nice reading on the knots and bolts on the technology 1) Traffic Engineer for MPLS - very good book explaining what MPLS TE is and the function of the command syntax. 2) L2VPN Architecture - very nice book on AToM, L2TPv3, Internetworking and VPLS 3) Comparing, Designing and Deploying VPNs - half of the book is on MPLS stuff and half on Security VPN (I got this book coz I'm also working on my CCIE Security sutff together with IPExpert stuff) 4) BGP Design and Implementation - nice one on how BGP is implemented on the Enteprrise and the Service Provider side of things. And lastly for the Rack Rental for practice, there is GigaVelocity for $75/3 hours !!! for every session i do , i book 6 hours so $150 per session on my budget. Targeting April next year before my written expires on SP. I guess my Security will suffer as it is also expiring next year on October. Have fun! Cheers Antonio Dee CCIE RS #25609
