Yes OSPF is different then the other IGP's (RIP, EIGRP, etc) for its VRF 
configuration, this is normal

ps is it me or is OSPF the only routing protocol where you can actually specify 
the vrf on the process id line (as opposed to the other routing protocols where 
you first go in (i.e. router rip, router eigrp etc) and then specify you want 
to setup a vrf connection
seen this multiple times now, just wondering, seems like inconsistent command 
line syntax
