So: 150.100.24.x (DLCI 204 & 402) is working 150.100.100.x (DLCI 205, 206, 502, 602) is working 150.200.200.x (DLCI 214, 215, 216, 412, 512, 612) is not working.
Are you sure you have the DLCIs 214, 215, 216, 412, 512, 612 defined in your FR switch? Can you please post the "show frame pvc" output?
