@ Tyson- Yes, the frame-relay maps show active and static (minus the one facing 
R4 which is dynamic, per the lab)

I can ping across both frame clouds (150.100.24.x and 150.100.100.x).  

@ Marko- This is my own gear.  9x2811, 4x3750's, and 1x3845.
