If you are running GNS3 under Windows than it's pretty normal that
your CPU is at 100% all the time, even with the perfect idle PC value.
Dynamips just has poor performance under Windows as it needs to be
translated. Python is not able to run natively on Windows. If you
would use the same topology under 64 bit linux you would hardly use 10%.
