I use a recipe I got years ago for another digest qroup.  Mix equal  parts of 
Oil, Crisco, and Flour in a mixer.  (Make sure everyone knows it  is not 
icing.)  I use this PAN EZE on all cake pans, cassarole dishes,  anything you 
don't want to sticlk.  I have even used it when frying meat to  keep it from 
sticking.  I just put the pan eze in a container and keep  it and the brush in 
the 
frig.
