This is what I found out about N1MM and Rover Mode. I got the following answers
from two of the developers of N1MM:

1.:
Allen,

Yes, see:

Does N1MM support Rover modes in VHF contests? I don't do them but a friend of
mine insists that he heard from another that N1MM does not support Rover moves,
therefore he will stick with N3FJP. I told him I would find out for sure.

Yes it does. See
<http://n1mm.hamdocs.com/tiki-index.php?page=VHF+and+Up+contesting#Multiplier_by_Band_Window>
.
The provision for setting your Rover's grid square after you move is on
the right-click menu. It's pretty straightforward.

But will it support ROVERS .... ROVERS ... ROVERS ... ?  I don't give a hoot if
it supports the contest.

If it doesn't support ROVERS ... and I have been told that it DOES NOT it won't
support me if I'm a rover in the contest and its WORTHLESS to me. Is all I'm
saying and I'll keep using N3FJP although I am interested in RoverLog.

The highest governmental "authority" in America is its Constitution.
