Yes.

Not for every single node, but when split at chapter, for instance, all
the nodes associted to sectioning commands below chapter that have a
transliterated file name different from the non-transliterated file
name.

This is not related to --transliterate-file-names, but to the new rule I
proposed, that redirection files are output when the file names do not
match with the defaults.  I think that we should wait for user demands
before making a distinction among the diverse types of redirection files
output with some generated and other not generated.  There is already
the possibility to set --no-node-files to avoid oing any redirection
file.

I'd prefer if that customization variable was used only for a transitory
period and for the very specific purpose of easing the transition from
transliterated in the default case to non transliterated in the default
case.
