Shucks, I must have made a mistake figuring the elapsed times earlier.
Checking again, both .12 and .13 are slow for me on Windows. I'll delete
my mistaken comment.
Using mozart-hrn-3.ly,
Linux shows little change in compilation time since 2.14
gub 2.12.3 23.8
gub 2.14.2 11.0
local 2.15.10 9.2
gub 2.15.10 10.8
local 2.15.12 9.3
gub 2.15.12 11.5
Windows shows a big change in compilation time
gub 2.14.2 14
gub 2.15.11 14
gub 2.15.12 24
gub 2.15.13 26
So something affecting Windows but not Linux happened between .11 and .12.
Issue 1925 happened then, but it is hard to see how that problem could
cause a slowdown.
