No. On my Windows Vista box, for a fairly complex piece of music (Finale
Act I of The Gondoliers - about 500 bars, 30-odd pages), I get:
2.12.3 - 545 seconds
2.15.9 - 205 sec
2.15.10 - 210 sec
2.15.12 - 335 sec (+60%)
2.15.13 - 341 sec
So we see that for complex music, the problem remains. My experience of
running the regtests was that for simple music, 2.15.12 was OK to better;
for longer music much worse. I'd suggest using the Mozart Horn regtest as
a test case/comparator that somewhat fulfills this requirement.
