Just a quick look at it suggests to me that you have a timing problem in the
second measure. That string of 32nd notes followed by a 16th tied to a half
note is likely causing a problem at the following bar line What happens if you
remove that 16th note (I'm not at a LilyPond installation at the moment.)?
