If only it were so, Dave...  The Government will bail out big business, but 
helping people just keep their homes, let alone improve them is bound to create 
the kind of white rage that is erupting over loaning money to minorities so 
they can also reap the American Dream".  These people would rather people like 
me be forced to borrow from unscrupulous mortgage brokers who are permitted 
charge higher interest rates, and  unregulated fees, etc.
