That would depend on whom one is. I have no such yearning. A strong economy is good, but not worth 10s of thousands of lives and destruction of cities and treasures. Rather than bombing the crap out of places and having to rebuild them (quite stimulating to the world economy though it is), we could carefully and systematically improve them. But I guess dropping a bomb in someone's house because you hate them is The Good Work of Freedomâ„¢. Building someone a better house because they need it is unwarranted government interference.
