Only if you think that "search and seizure" covers a
doctor's office, and I can't bring to mind any rulings
that it does.  Search and seizure is usually thought
of as covering your property and person, and your
physician's office is neither of those.

I'm not saying I think doctor patient confidentiality
is a bad thing.  Obviously I do not.  I am, as I often
do, pointing out the difference between "This is a
good idea" and "This is what the Constitution
demands".  They are not in any sense coterminous.
