Nothing in the report was exposed as lies or
falsifications, and no one has disputed the accuracy
of what it says.  The fact that it was plagiarized
doesn't make it not true, after all.  Maybe this is a
problem with being a non-native speaker?  I can
understand how that happens.  For future reference,
plagiarism doesn't mean false, it means copied.
