I'm pretty sure it did. I mean, I was _12_ at the time, and I remember hearing then that the story about the incubators had been debunked. It wasn't exactly news to me to read it here. 60 Minutes even ran an article on how the Kuwaitis had used a PR firm to dramatize what was happening in Kuwait.
