I think from a health/flavonoids standpoint, they're basically equal. Mint has its own possible benefits, so that's not a detriment. Looks like a good product to support; I buy my cocoa mix and some teas from a Lutheran-supported (among others) program that helps find customers for small co-ops, and encourages environmental responsibility.
