I couldn't access the pages "not available" but will try later - in general, I think that 2 squares (assuming that it's less-than-an-inch!) of semi-sweet dark chocolate a day is OK. I don't use flavored varieties myself because they are usually sweeter and may have more fat, but if you can confine yourself to 2 squares, I think it's OK. (Me, I can't do the Dove or Godiva dark b/c it just tastes sooo good! The semi-sweet gives me the chocolate/cocoa I need without enticing me to eat for the taste alone.)
