Dear Buddy:

I honestly don't know! Ralph would probably know that answer. That's something
I simply don't recall. Daddy may well have been a Sinatra fan, he admired
anyone who sang with their heart. If he was, he probably would have just said
he was without the need for a closet perhaps. Daddy was pretty plain spoken,
you sort of always knew where you stood with him & he told it like it was. I
think Sinatra was pretty talented, and frankly I like nearly all styles of
music including Frank's these days. I'm finding it increasing difficult to
DISLIKE any type music except maybe RAP-please, no comments here. I just can't
convince myself that RAP is really music-I seem to prefer something that has a
rhythmic sound and melody and you can tap your toes to, or that wakes up your
heart. I can't imagine dancing to RAP music but I like classical music, soft
rock, bagpipes, Tibetan horns (ie, the movie "Kundune") nearly all spiritual
music-most every kind. I thought it was pretty cool when K. D. Lang (right?)
sang with Sinatra. He did have a wonderful voice and you gotta give him credit
where it's due, don't we.

Does anyone here know if Daddy was a Frank Sinatra fan? I'd like to know now
that you mention it if any of you do know. I'll try & remember to ask somebody
first opportunity I have. Thanks for your interest and input.

Keep loving bluegrass & gospel music, it's the best music in the world!

Cordially your friend,

Doris.
